Welcome to Orlentra Hub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MISTYPINE LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the platform and automated workflow documentation systems available at orlentrahub.com.

1. Billing, Payments, and Merchant Descriptor

By purchasing any managed documentation service, subscription plan, or project setup on this platform, you explicitly agree to the following financial terms:

• Billing Entity: All financial transactions are safely managed and collected by our legal parent registration MISTYPINE LLC.
• Credit Card Statement Descriptor: You acknowledge that charges completed on our platform will appear on your bank, credit card, or financial statement under the commercial identifier: MISTYPINE*ORLENTRA HUB or MISTYPINE LLC.
• Payment Compliance: You must supply authentic, active, and legally authorized payment methods. Inaccurate billing parameters will trigger automated workspace cancellation.

2. Refund, Cancellation and Dispute Resolution Policy

To ensure compliance with global card network standards and maintain maximum transaction transparency, our cancellation and refund protocols are defined as follows:

• Digital and Customized Services: Due to the immediate computing overhead, tailored formatting, and professional expert human resources allocated upon order activation, fees for fully processed document blueprints or completed project setups are generally non-refundable.
• Pre-Execution Cancellations: If you submit a cancellation request at support@orlentrahub.com before our internal operations or automated asset delivery pipelines have formally commenced, you are eligible for a 100% full refund, processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Our Service Guarantee (Conditional Refunds): If we fail to deliver the standard structural assets within the committed operational deadline, or if there is a verified major structural discrepancy that our support team cannot rectify within 7 business days, we will evaluate your case in good faith and may issue a full or partial discretionary refund.
• Amicable Dispute Pathway: You explicitly agree to contact our dedicated billing desk at support@orlentrahub.com to resolve any transaction anomalies or performance inquiries prior to initiating a formal chargeback dispute with your card-issuing bank. We pledge to reply to and investigate all billing queries within 3 business days.

3. Character of Services (Regulatory Disclaimer)

Orlentra Hub is strictly an automated workflow structuring mechanism, document preparation engine, and business metrics drafting provider. We explicitly do not supply accredited financial underwriting, legal advisory representations, corporate auditing, or state-sanctioned tax strategy assessments. All system-generated analytics, master formats, and files are provided as administrative business resources for user review.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable commercial statutes, neither MISTYPINE LLC nor its infrastructure entities shall be held responsible for any collateral business losses, funding rejection occurrences, operational delays, or market performance variances resulting from the deployment or utilization of delivered structural document assets.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all operational collection agreements are interpreted under the laws of the State of KY, USA. Any unresolved judicial controversies arising directly from billing or service validation parameters shall be submitted to the courts near LOUISVILLE, KY.
